This hairpin winding machine is designed for manufacturing hairpins for starter armatures, hybrid automobile car armature. It can automatically turn single round bare wire into haripin coil. It integrates several machine stations in one automatic machine as follows: dereeler, straightening station, feeder, end forming station, S-forming station, U-bending station, cut-off station, twisting station.
